Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 25 years or older with photo identification to reserve a chalet. All guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied in the same chalet by a parent or legal guardian.

Reservation Conditions
• We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express.
• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Reservation Deposit
Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card at the time of booking. A booking deposit of 20% of the total reservation amount will be required at time of booking. The balance of your invoice will be debited in full 21 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• We do not offer any refund in case of no-show or early departure.

Smoking Policy
Chalet Matterhorn is a non-smoking facility; all our chalets are non-smoking. A fine will be charged to guests who choose to disobey the non-smoking policy.

Check In & Check Out Times
Check In time is 3pm. Check Out time is 11am.
